Connect features available are based on the license type. If you’re not sure what you have, your administrator can check license information in Adobe Connect Central (Administration > Account > Account Summary). The Features section lists licenses purchased (or being trialed) and room capacity.

MeetingOne trial audio rooms are set up to allow 25 participants to join.
After signing up for a paid audio service, MeetingOne audio rooms allow 150 participants to join.
You can request a reservation for increased capacity for a specific call. Complete the online form in advance of your call to request the extra capacity: https://www.meetingone.com/reservation-request/
Note: There is an additional fee for this service; you will be charged the minimum outlined on the form. Submission of the form is your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, the additional fee.
Adobe Connect participant capacity is based on the license purchased. Your Administrator can check license information for you in Adobe Connect Central (Administration > Account > Account Summary).
Increased capacity for either should be planned for in advance to avoid negatively impacting your event.

Being an administrator in one of the applications does not necessarily give the same person administrative rights in the other.
