Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for someone dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for our customers. Customer Service Specialists are on the front lines solving problems and answering questions for our customers, as well as providing training overviews, so your impact here will be immense! Responsibilities :

  • Provide phone, email and chat support on MeetingOne’s products and services, including Adobe Connect, our audio conference bridge, and other proprietary applications to both external and internal customers.
  • Provide “how to” training and overviews to customers on audio and web conferencing.
  • Focus on, build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships by providing exceptional customer support.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to continually improve customer satisfaction and customer support processes.
  • Participate in creating and updating customer “how to” documentation posted on our website.
  • Improve product design by listening to customer feedback, identifying and clearly defining problems and recommending changes.
  • Provide product overview training for contracted services (e.g.: Adobe Connect Daily and Adobe Sign trainings.
  • Participate in product testing and training prior to a software release.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to learn and apply new applications quickly.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail.
  • Possess a technical aptitude combined with the ability to logically and efficiently troubleshoot customer issues, offering solutions, suggestions, and workarounds to issues and questions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, professionally, and with empathy to a wide variety of both internal and external customers via phone, chat, email and social media.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure and stressful situations.
  • Hard working, motivated, enthusiastic, and honest.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and other departments on projects.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
  • Audio or web conference provider experience is a plus.

  • Stable work experience, including solid attendance history.
  • Work assigned shift but must remain flexible to shift adjustments so that business hours for Customer Service are always staffed. Overtime may be required, as needed.
  • Position will be included in on-call rotation once fully trained.
Senior Linux Systems Administrator

Senior Linux Systems Administrator

The senior system administrator supports MeetingOne and its clients by making sure systems are up all the time and that the customer has the best possible experience. This position requires technical expertise to support networks and systems needed in day-to-day operations, experience and knowledge of VOIP systems, installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, Windows, VMware ESX\ESXI servers, file systems, and Office 365. In addition, the position will require interaction with customers that report issues. You will take on customer (internal and external) technical support issues and investigate them fully to resolution, keeping the customer and management in the loop at every step of the way. You are results orientated and have excellent customer facing etiquette. You are happy when our customers are happy.

Responsibilities :

  • Support our users, systems and software.
  • Design, configure, administer and support application, network, and telecom systems and services.
  • Implement network failover/redundancy options and features.
  • Firewall configuration and administration.
  • Follow company processes and policies for systems/service deployments. Suggest improvements based on your experiences and best practices.
  • Mentor other members of the team.
  • Participate in the design of new products and service.

  • Four to Six years of system configuration, maintenance, administration, and support of VMware and Microsoft Windows technologies.
  • Four to Six years implementing high availability systems.
  • Four to Six years of Help Desk and/or Desktop Support experience.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems.
  • Administration experience with WSUS.
  • Administration experience with Nagios.
  • Administration experience with Veeam.
  • Administration experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Administration experience with Dell PowerEdge servers.
  • Administration experience with Cisco ASA firewalls.
  • Intermediate scripting experience, preferably Bash or PowerShell.
  • Intermediate understanding of IIS and Apache.

Descriptif du poste :

Pour ce faire, le candidat H/F assure l’intégralité du cycle de vente de la prise de Rdv à la signature et au suivi, soit :

  • Développement de « partenariats » avec Orange et Adobe.
  • La présentation du Groupe auprès des différents interlocuteurs ciblés.
  • La prospection intensive téléphonique et en face à face de nouveaux clients sur la base de la segmentation définie avec la Direction Générale.
  • Management par comptes et accompagnement de la croissance de ces comptes.
  • L’ ’identification ainsi que la qualification précise des besoins des prospects pour répondre au mieux à leurs attentes et leur proposer un ensemble de services de téléconférence personnalisés. Signature des contrats.
  • Expérience réussie dans la vente de produits d’audio et de webconférence.

Profil recherché H/F:

  • De formation supérieure commerciale, vous avez une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction de développement commercial dans l’univers des services en B to B.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne aisance rédactionnelle et vous êtes un grand communiquant.
  • Ce fort challenge entrepreneurial (il s’agit de développer le marché français) suppose des candidats matures et autonomes ayant le goût du défi et du dépassement.
