Job Description:

Product Marketing Associate is responsible for providing product support for the marketing program strategy, sales support, and channel support and executing against the marketing plan. This position will work cross collaboratively with sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that all marketing collateral accurately reflects features & benefits from each user persona & perspective. This role will further inform product innovation by conducting research and competitive analysis to inform the product road map and feature set.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop market requirements document to create business case for products.
  • Design and implement product launches for all online/offline channels.
  • Work with Product Director to define user personas and requirements.
  • Identify lead generation opportunities and create all marketing collateral such as whitepapers, data sheets, FAQ, feature/benefit sheets, case studies, etc.
  • Provide product positioning materials & training for sales & customer service.
  • Develop standardized sales scripts, presentations, proposals, etc.
  • Work with journalists/analysts to ensure PR coverage in print and online.
  • Complete competitive analysis and provide insights to the team.
  • Analyze and capture marketing campaign performance metrics & ROI.
  • Support channel partners with sales training, collateral, and best practices.
  • Strong customer focus and constantly evaluating how to best to serve key customer segments.
  • Copywriting: creative and technical written communication skills fine-tuned for marketing messages.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 2+ years of software product marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Economics, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or Graphic Design.
  • Experience working in the following applications is highly preferred: Pardot, AppCues, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Connect, Word Press, PPC.

Desirable Additional Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in graphic design and/or video production.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience in A/B testing and Methodology.
  • Experience with Agile work methodologies.
  • Experience in Project Management.

  • Conducting online sales presentations and demonstrate products and services to the prospects and customers

Experience

  • Min two years successful experience in sales and market development
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
