Role overview

The Product Marketing & Communication Director holds ultimate responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. Their ability to envision how our products and services, existing and in development, can serve differing market segments, will be critical.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B professional with a passion for the job, and able to employ unique marketing techniques and differentiated products offerings. He/she will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others, especially Sales and Development teams. He/she will be managing a Product Marketing Manager and a Marketing & Sales Specialist.

The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues and margins in order to thrive in a highly competitive space.

Duties 

  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing Communication strategy – including product offering and positioning, campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
  • Working closely with Development team to define new offerings and products.
  • Working closely with Product management team to finalize offering, schedule deliveries and fine-tune related marketing materials and programs.

  • Experience working and reporting in a marketing automation and/or CRM platform (preferably Sales Force and Pardot)

The senior system administrator supports MeetingOne and its clients by making sure systems are up all the time and that the customer has the best possible experience. This position requires technical expertise to support networks and systems needed in day-to-day operations, experience and knowledge of VOIP systems, installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, Windows, VMware ESX \ESXI servers, file systems, and Office 365. In addition, the position will require interaction with customers that report issues.
