As the Software Engineer, you will be reporting to the Software Development Manager. Your focus is on owning key layers in our technology. MeetingOne is seeking a Linux Help Desk Technician II to provide technical support to clients, internal infrastructure and operations support, and assist in QA testing and project deployments in a fast-paced environment. This is a client facing role and the candidate must have prior experience dealing with clients in a support role. Candidate must have a good customer service sense and be proactive communicating with clients, providing them timely responses within the SLAs set by the organization.

Specific Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Support escalations from our Customer Service and Success team
  • Manages support escalation for our customers
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses technical issues as reported by clients
  • Manages support escalation and ticket tracking with vendors
  • Provides end-user PC and office technology support within the organization
  • Communicates infrastructure issues and resolutions to the organization

Requirements:

Descriptif du poste :

Pour ce faire, le candidat H/F assure l’intégralité du cycle de vente de la prise de Rdv à la signature et au suivi, soit :

  • Développement de « partenariats » avec Orange et Adobe.
  • La présentation du Groupe auprès des différents interlocuteurs ciblés.
  • La prospection intensive téléphonique et en face à face de nouveaux clients sur la base de la segmentation définie avec la Direction Générale.
  • Management par comptes et accompagnement de la croissance de ces comptes.

Profil recherché H/F:

  • De formation supérieure commerciale, vous avez une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction de développement commercial dans l’univers des services en B to B.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne aisance rédactionnelle et vous êtes un grand communiquant.
  • Ce fort challenge entrepreneurial (il s’agit de développer le marché français) suppose des candidats matures et autonomes ayant le goût du défi et du dépassement.
