As a result, we have established the following Privacy Policy to maintain the privacy of your personal information in connection with our products and services, and Web site located at www.meetingone.com.

Personal Information Collection and Use

We may gather information about you in three ways. First, we may collect and store some personally identifiable information (which primarily includes your name, telephone number or email address) that you provide to us through service sign-ups, inquiries, contests, job applications or surveys. Second, we may collect and store information about your visit to our Web site in aggregated data that does not identify you specifically. Third, we may through our Web Site collect and store information through the use of cookies. (A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your Web browser when you click on a site so a server can recall a previous request or registration, or track progressive transactions so information does not have to be repeated.) We use all the information collected to maintain accurate accounts, to enhance and update services, to provide accurate billing, to answer inquiries, to market products and services or provide continuous sales and customer support. In addition, like most standard Web sites, we use Internet log files through our Web site. Information collected in log files may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of user clicks. We may utilize this information to analyze trends, administer our Web site, track a user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use only. This information is not personally identifiable.

Sharing Information

Since MeetingOne primarily conducts business-to-business transactions, we collect the minimal amount of personal information necessary for us to provide services and continually design new services for your future needs. As a general rule, MeetingOne will not sell, trade, rent or disclose personal information gathered about you to third parties. The only exceptions to this rule are: when we work with third party businesses, partners, or agents to develop a relationship with you or to provide products or services (as further detailed below), or as may be required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal processes or in case of imminent physical harm to you or others. We require that all applicable third party businesses, partners, or agents adhere to our policies regarding the use and protection of your personal information.

Security

Any personally identifiable information that we collect from you is reasonably secure and not available to the general public.  However, MeetingOne is not responsible for any unauthorized or illegal access to such personally identifiable information.
