Before the emails, the social posts, the online ads…you have to create a compelling webinar title.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There’s no doubt about it. Your webinar title has to be catchy – even spicy! Zest and character go a long way in\u00a0spiking interest in\u00a0potential attendees. \u00a0Most importantly, the title\u00a0has to present the topic in an identifiable way.\u00a0Audiences immediately need\u00a0to know: Who is it for? What is it about? Why is it important?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In this blog, we’re going to run through the right ingredients you need for a desirable webinar title.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0The goal is to convey a distinct message while\u00a0remaining true to your brand and audience.<\/p>\n

Many factors come into play. \u00a0Finding the right\u00a0balance is critical. \u00a0The right ones have helped us, and they can help you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Constructing an Attractive, Informative\u00a0Webinar Title<\/span><\/h2>\n

Creating a webinar title can be done in many ways.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0There are simpler approaches that work just fine. \u00a0There are also more technical aspects that add to the intrigue of your title. \u00a0Knowing what works is vital.<\/p>\n

We will start with the more basic elements, then work toward those that are more complicated.<\/p>\n

Building out a Webinar Title\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Imagine we’re making a chili or stew.<\/p>\n

What are the basic spices you need? \u00a0Definitely salt. \u00a0Pepper. \u00a0A little garlic (or onion) powder. \u00a0These three are the basics for making a great meal. \u00a0(In my house, turmeric is a staple as well.)<\/p>\n

These basics correspond to three factors that correspond to the foundation needed for building out a webinar title:\u00a0Numbers<\/strong>;\u00a0“How To”\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0Steps<\/strong>; and\u00a0Brevity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Including Numbers<\/span><\/h4>\n

Concrete numbers give\u00a0potential attendees a definite sense of what they can expect to learn, how much information there will be, and how the information may build.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Including “How To” or “Steps”<\/span><\/h4>\n

Suggesting instruction immediately demonstrates applicability.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0A registrant will attend because they know they are getting the information needed to complete a task or job.<\/p>\n

Brevity<\/span><\/h4>\n

If\u00a0Pulp Fiction<\/em>\u00a0had been named “The Story of Two Hitman, a Boxer, a Gangster’s Wife and Two Diner Bandits,” Quentin Tarantino wouldn’t be a household name. \u00a0Your webinar title must be brief if you’re going to get any interest.\u00a0\u00a0Try to keep the title under 10 words.<\/strong><\/p>\n
