MeetingOne is led by a seasoned group of professionals with extensive experience in the teleconferencing, telecommunications, information technology and Internet industries.

Sophie Lal, Chairman and CEO

Sophie founded MeetingOne in 1999 and serves as Chairman and CEO. Sophie has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries in North America and Europe. Prior to MeetingOne, Sophie has managed new product marketing research, product launch planning, business development, as well as sales support and direct sales teams for Fortune 500 companies such as France Telecom/Orange, US West and Microsoft as well as smaller high-tech companies such as Genesys Conferencing, Meta International and TIA. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the "Institut Superieur du Commerce" in Paris, France and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Joseph Rinaudo, General Manager Europe

Joseph Rinaudo joined MeetingOne in March 2009 as General Manager Europe. An Engineer with a degree from The Grenoble National Polytechnique Institute in France, Joseph started his career with France Telecom in 1971 in charge of several key Economic Business Studies until 1980.

After 10 year as General Manager of SMT Goupil, French computer manufacturer, Joseph has been leading Newscreen Communications, consulting firm specialized in Telecommunications, Networks and Services. As such, Joseph Rinaudo was responsible of different key activities during eight years including Business Development for Jabber Inc in the European market and for Adobe France in the Telecommunications field.

Brigitte Grimm, Director of Accounting and Finance

Brigitte joined MeetingOne in February 2010.  In addition to owning her own Consulting business, she has over 20 years of management experience and has spent the last ten years in Controller positions with local software companies to include NewsGator Technologies and Polygon Networks.   In her current position with MeetingOne, she manages the Accounting and Finance operations.  Brigitte’s undergraduate degree is in Business Information Systems, and she holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University.

Nicolas Perdrillat, VP Business Development and Partnerships

Nicolas has eleven years of international experience in the IT industry, including the last six years at MeetingOne. In his current position and as a consultant for Microsoft, Qwest (US West) as well as smaller organizations, he has designed and managed software and information systems projects and services. Such projects involved Web Meeting and e-Learning Solutions, Instant Messaging Integration, Database Systems as well as Web Site Design. At MeetingOne, Mr. Perdrillat has pioneered the web meeting and e-learning offerings, the account management program, and event services. He currently manages MeetingOne's business development activities including partners, channels, resellers, and the ongoing account management program. Nicolas has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Brandon Warren, VP of Enterprise and Channel Sales

Brandon joined MeetingOne in December, 2009. He has over 10 years of conferencing industry experience. Brandon recently served as Director of Channel Sales for Americas and Europe at ACT Conferencing where he was responsible for developing and executing channel sales contribution. This included increasing the contribution of the current channels within the Americas and EMEA, maintaining and growing the key relationships and expanding into new channel distribution opportunities.

In his current position at MeetingOne, Mr. Warren is responsible for driving revenue by bringing new enterprise accounts on board, developing partner engagement and to ensure effective initiative rollouts with new Channel Partners, Agents and Resellers. Mr. Warren has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Colorado.

Eric Weaver, VP Technology & Operations

Eric came to MeetingOne in February of 2005. He has over 16 years of systems development experience in several areas including telecom, process control, robotics, and business applications. Eric has worked for such companies as Premiere Conferencing and Phoenix Technologies as well as an independent consultant for several years.

Eric has spent 18 years in the IT industry bringing the virtual and real worlds together for companies like Owens Corning, American Resource and Recovery, Phoenix Technologies, IBM, Con-Agra, and Cactus Operating. He has integrated RF-ID, micro controllers, PLC's, bar code scanners, scales, etc... into business sytems to give clients a competitive advantage. Before coming to MeetingOne in 2005, he was at Premiere Conferencing developing the Voice over IP system. Since joining MeetingOne, Eric has consolidated software development and prepared the way for the next advancements in business collaboration in close relationships with key software providers like Adobe.
