Job Description:

As an individual contributor to increase revenue for MeetingOne by converting self-generated and marketing leads and contacts into active opportunities with high-quality, high-profit, long-term mid-market to enterprise corporate customers; while communicating effectively with other customer facing groups. You will be using your sales talent to develop business with corporate decision makers mainly over the phone.

Responsibilities:
• Sell MeetingOne's complete line of technology solutions (webconferencing, audioconferencing, event online registration and event and training services)
• Develop and manage new accounts while maintaining and sustaining successful long-term relationships with key decision makers (C-Level, IT Managers/Directors, Purchasing, Training, etc.)
• Meet sales goals, account strategy development, negotiating price, selling to customer needs, sales planning, managing processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, presentations to customers and creating sales proposals and responses to RFP'S, RFQ'S, and RFI'S (Requests for Proposals, Quotes and Information)

Qualifications:
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and minimum of 5 years experience selling technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Currently in sales with B2B High Tech sales experience selling to corporate customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant and confident phone voice
• Energetic, competitive and persistent
• Excellent planning and follow-up skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Ability to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
• Technically familiar with computer / IT products and solutions or related technologies
• Strong business knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimal travel
• Inside Sales experience preferred

Benefits:
Salary based on experience, $35-45K base depending on experience, $150k minimum on target, uncapped. We also offer paid medical insurance, dental insurance, paid vacations, holidays and personal days.
