To access your conference internationally, please follow these steps:

Using Local Access Numbers

Step 1: Dial the local access number of the country you are calling from. Local access numbers from various
countries are also available and can be found at http://www.meetingone.com/us/customer/a1international.cfm. 

Step 2: Dial * your Room Number #

Step 3: Enter *PIN #

Step 2: Dial * your Room Number #


Example:
Mr. Smith has a US conference room number 866-123-1234 - He arrived in France and needs to hold a conference call:

Host, Mr. Smith,  in France will dial:
01 79 97 50 60 (French local access number)
Then: * 866 123 1234 #
Then * pin #

Participants from the US will simply dial his US room number:
866 123 1234        

Participants from Belgium will dial:
28080985 (Belgium local access number)
Then: * 866 123 1234 #

Alternatives to using Local Access Numbers

If the Host is outside of the US or Canada and does not have access to the list of local access numbers or prefers not to incur additional charges for the use of local access numbers, then the host and participants can access the conference room number by dialing into the US Dial In number by following those instructions:

Step 1: Dial the Country Calling Code (To determine what is needed, visit http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/ and enter the country you are calling from and United States as the country you are calling to.  Click submit and the dialing numbers will be provided.)

Step 2: Dial 1-303-330-0440

Step 3: * Conference Room number #

If the Host is outside of the US or Canada and does not have access to the list of local access numbers but do not want participants to incur international long distance charges, the Host has the option to dial out to participants anywhere in the world. For dial out cost per minute per country, please consult a MeetingOne sales account executive. Please note:International dial-out to the Middle East and Africa is available upon request, please contact customer service.
