Adobe Connect Central is used by both administrators and hosts: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/using/user-guide.html

  • Administrators use Adobe Connect Central to create new Adobe Connect users and assign an Adobe Connect license, as well as manage other account level settings.
  • For individual Adobe Connect hosts, Adobe Connect Central is where a host would create their audio profile and virtual meeting rooms.

OAM is also used by both administrators and hosts: https://www.meetingone.com/support/oam/

  • Administrators use OAM to create new MeetingOne audios rooms for people, look up invoicing details, and can manage other aspects of their MeetingOne audio account.
  • For individual MeetingOne audio hosts, OAM is where they would go to retrieve audio only recordings, look up call details, and view / manage other settings for their assigned audio room.

Being an administrator in one of the applications does not necessarily give the same person administrative rights in the other.

Adobe Connect is experiencing unprecedented demand for its services. Please read their blog on best practices to follow for optimal performance.
