MeetingOne is led by a seasoned group of professionals with extensive experience in the teleconferencing, telecommunications, information technology and Internet industries.

European Headquarters:

Joseph Rinaudo, General Manager Europe

Joseph Rinaudo joined MeetingOne in March 2009 as General Manager Europe.

Engineer with a degree from The Grenoble National Polytechnique Institute in France, Joseph started his career with France Telecom in 1971 in charge of several key Economic Business Studies until 1980.

After 10 years as General Manager of SMT Goupil, French computer manufacturer, Joseph has been leading Newscreen Communications, consulting firm specialized in Telecommunications, Networks and Services. As such, Joseph Rinaudo was responsible of different key activities during eight years including Business Development for Jabber Inc. in the European market and for Adobe France in the Telecommunications field.

Yannick Le Garff, Business Development and Technical Projects Manager

Yannick joined MeetingOne since its inception. He has been working in the Telecom industry for over fifteen years. Yannick started his career as a software engineer at Hewlett Packard (HP Labs), then at Matra Communications in the Private Mobile Radio communication division. Yannick graduated with an engineering degree from the Brittany National Institute of Telecommunications.

Soraya Bartoli, Administrative and Financial Manager

Soraya started at MeetingOne in 2000 as Executive Assistant. In 2005, she was promoted as Administrative and Financial Manager of MeetingOne France and since March 2009, her responsibilities have expanded to Europe. Previously to working at MeetingOne, Soraya has held various positions related to finance and audit responsibilities for companies such as PMU, Danone Water WorldWide, Gaz de France, and Auchan. Soraya holds a master degree in German and English, a master of Economics from the “Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers”,  and a master of Management from the ‘Institut d’Etudes Supérieures des Techniques de l’Organisation – Institut International du Management des Arts et Métiers”, in Paris, France.

Sophie Lal, Chairman and CEO

Sophie founded MeetingOne in 1999 and serves as Chairman and CEO. Sophie has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries in North America and Europe. Prior to MeetingOne, Sophie has managed new product marketing research, product launch planning, business development, as well as sales support and direct sales teams for Fortune 500 companies such as France Telecom/Orange, US West and Microsoft as well as smaller high-tech companies such as Genesys Conferencing, Meta International and TIA. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the "Institut Superieur du Commerce" in Paris, France and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Nicolas Perdrillat, VP Business Development and Partnerships

Nicolas has ten years of international experience in the IT industry, including the last six years at MeetingOne. In his current position and as a consultant for Microsoft, Qwest (US West) as well as smaller organizations, he has designed and managed software and information systems projects and services. Such projects involved Web Meeting and e-Learning Solutions, Instant Messaging Integration, Database Systems as well as Web Site Design. At MeetingOne, Mr. Perdrillat has pioneered the web meeting and e-learning offerings, the account management program, and event services. He currently manages MeetingOne's business development activities including partners, channels, resellers, and the ongoing account management program. Nicolas has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Eric Weaver, VP Technology & Operations

Eric has spent 18 years in the IT industry bringing the virtual and real worlds together for companies like Owens Corning, American Resource and Recovery, Phoenix Technologies, IBM, Con-Agra, and  Cactus Operating. He has integrated RF-ID, micro controllers, PLC's, bar code scanners, scales, etc... into business systems to give clients a competitive advantage.

Before coming to MeetingOne in 2005, he was at Premiere Conferencing developing the Voice over IP system.

Since joining MeetingOne, Eric has consolidated software development and prepared the way for the next advancements in business collaboration in close relationship with key software providers like Adobe.
