MeetingOne Corporation //  Privacy Policy

The team at MeetingOne conducts business with the utmost responsibility to our clients, which includes a strong commitment to protecting individual privacy. As a result, we have established the following Privacy Policy to maintain the privacy of your personal information in connection with our products and services, and Web site.

Personal Information Collection and Use

We may gather information about you in three ways. First, we may collect and store some personally identifiable information (which primarily includes your name, telephone number or email address) that you provide to us through service sign-ups, inquiries, contests, job applications or surveys. Second, we may collect and store information about your visit to our Web site in aggregated data that does not identify you specifically. Third, we may collect and store information through the use of cookies. (A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your Web browser when you click on a site so a server can recall a previous request or registration, or track progressive transactions so information does not have to be repeated.) We use all the information collected to maintain accurate accounts, to enhance and update services, to provide accurate billing, to answer inquiries, to market products and services or provide continuous sales and customer support.

Sharing Information

Since MeetingOne primarily conducts business-to-business transactions, we collect the minimal amount of personal information necessary for us to provide services and continually design new services for your future needs. As a general rule, MeetingOne will not sell, trade, rent or disclose personal information gathered about you to third parties. The only exceptions to this rule are: when we work with affiliated businesses, partners, or agents to develop a relationship with you or to provide products or services on our behalf or as may be required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal processes or in case of imminent physical harm to you or others. We require that all relevant businesses, partners, or agents adhere to our policies regarding the use and protection of your personal information.

E-mails

MeetingOne and our affiliated businesses, partners, and agents may use e-mail to communicate to our customers and prospects, respond to requests, provide support, inform you about new products and services or inform you about existing product or service updates. We will not send commercial solicitation or other similar email correspondence at your request. All emails of this nature will include an "unsubscribe" option.

Policy Changes

MeetingOne reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time with notification in MeetingOne's sole discretion. Policy changes will be in effect when posted.
