MeetingOne is currently looking for a Sales Account Executive for the French Market.  The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for selling MeetingOne's suite of conferencing products, which includes Audio and Web conferencing.  The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in solutions oriented business-to-business selling and a documented history of new and existing account development.  The position will be based in Paris.

Depending on the results obtained in 2008, this position will have the responsibility to build and manage a commercial team for the French market. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities -"relationship marketing" with Orange and Adobe
  • Seek and generate new business opportunities (identify, qualify and close)  - current and/or new customers
  • Manage accounts and their growth
  • Present company capabilities to potential customers – corporate capabilities briefing
  • Position company strengths - strong past performances, conferencing and collaboration services, specific capabilities, etc. 
  • Develop "win strategy"

Experience

  • Min 2 years successful experience in sales and market development
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious and passionate about sales and able to work on you own to win new business in a competitive market place
  • Strong solutions sales experience
  • Software or technology services background is a plus
  • Trilingual (Dutch/French/English)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Internet

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience, a proven track record and in-depth understanding of sales closure, and market development in BtoB
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter that can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands on" approach
  • Experience in developing sales plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts yielding profitable revenue growth
  • Results driven - documented success in exceeding sales goals or objectives
  • Strong solutions sales experience
  • Ambitious and passionate about sales and able to work on your own to win new business in a competitive market place
  • Ability to learn in depth MeetingOne products and services
  • Software, technology services background is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel (30%)
  • Ability to use MS-Office suite, Outlook, Internet

 

Experience/Education:

Degree in Business or Marketing; 4-8 years of sales experience; and/or a combination of both
