Yes, MeetingOne and Adobe Connect offer a free trial
Can I host a meeting on my own?
Yes, you can successfully organize and run a conference on your own.
Do I need to make a reservation with MeetingOne in order to have a call?
No, your MeetingOne conference room is available for your use, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only time you'd need to make a reservation with MeetingOne is if you're expecting a large number of participants and need to increase your participant limit.
Do I use the same conference room number for all my meetings?
Yes, the MeetingOne conference number issued to you is unique and belongs to you.
Can I have multiple numbers for my business?
Yes, we can provide multiple room numbers for your different departments or individuals as needed.
What are your audio rates?
All of our rates are customized to fit your specific usage.
Can I record my meetings?
Yes, you can begin recording your meetings at any time.
What format is my meeting recording in?
Your meeting room recordings will be in an .FLV format if recorded with Connect and an MP3 if you decide to only record the audio using MeetingOne.
How do I retrieve my recording?
You can access your Connect recordings from your Adobe Connect Meetings page and your MeetingOne audio recordings from MeetingOne.com
How many calls can I make?
There is no limit on the amount of calls you can make from your MeetingOne conference room
What do I give my participants so they can join the call?
By default all your participants need is your conference room number. You have the option of adding different access codes, in which case your participants would need that as well.
Can I dial out to participants?
Yes, you can easily dial out to participants from your conference room.
Does a Host have to be on the call first to start the conference?
While the participants can be queued for 5min before a Host opens the call, we recommend the Host opening the room before participants begin dialing in.
How many people can participate on the call?
The default number of participants allowed is 150, though reservations can be made to accommodate higher volume.
Can participants use a cell phone to call in?
Yes, participants may dial in with a cell phone.
How do International callers connect to my conference?
How can I prepare for my meeting?
- Schedule ahead of time – Schedule the meeting in advance so you can have time to organize all the necessary material and information you will be sharing.
- Upload the day before – upload your presentation and supporting documents the day before,so you can preview it without time constraints.
- Inform your audience – Notify your participants in advance with e-invites or emails with the meeting time, conference number and Connect URL.
