MeetingOne is led by a seasoned group of professionals with extensive experience in the teleconferencing, telecommunications, information technology, and Internet industries.

Sophie Lal, Chairman and CEO

Sophie founded MeetingOne in 1999 and serves as Chairman and CEO. Sophie has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries in North America and Europe. Prior to MeetingOne, Sophie managed new product marketing research, product launch planning, business development, as well as sales support and direct sales teams for Fortune 500 companies such as France Telecom/Orange, US West, and Microsoft as well as smaller high-tech companies including Genesys Conferencing, Meta International, and TIA. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the "Institut Superieur du Commerce" in Paris, France and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Joseph Rinaudo, General Manager Europe

Joseph Rinaudo joined MeetingOne in March 2009 as General Manager Europe. An Engineer with a degree from the Grenoble National Polytechnique Institute in France, Joseph started his career with France Telecom in 1971 in charge of several key economic business studies until 1980.
Joseph spent the next 10 years as General Manager of SMT Goupil, a French computer manufacturer.  Joseph then led Newscreen Communications, a consulting firm specialized in telecommunications, networks and services.  Joseph was responsible for strategic activities including business development in the European market for Jabber Inc. and various telecommunications projects for Adobe France during his eight years at Newscreen Communications.

Mary McMahon, Director of Accounting and Finance

Mary brings MeetingOne more than 20 years experience managing finance teams for companies in diverse industries including manufacturing, technology and healthcare. Prior to joining MeetingOne, Mary held senior finance positions at MPC Computers, J.D. Edwards, and Ryder TRS and in her most recent position served as Corporate Controller for Copan Systems. Mary has significant experience working with companies to strengthen accounting processes, implement financial systems and improve overall operations. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Nicolas Perdrillat, VP Business Development and Partnerships

Nicolas has 11 years of international experience in the IT industry, including the last six years at MeetingOne. In his current position and as a consultant for Microsoft, Qwest (US West) as well as smaller organizations, he has designed and managed software and information systems projects and services. Such projects involved web meeting and eLearning solutions, instant messaging integration, database systems as well as website design. At MeetingOne, Nicolas pioneered the web meeting and elearning offerings, the account management program, and event services. He currently manages MeetingOne's business development activities including partners, channels, resellers, and the ongoing account management program. Nicolas has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Andrew Ghinaudo Jr, Director of Product Development and Marketing

Andrew has recently joined Meeting one as Director of Product Development and Marketing. Andrew holds a BS Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and has extensive Senior Research & Development and Software Engineering experience. His career includes a broad range of technology development and implementation with extensive experience in communications, web-based technologies, collaboration, audio and web integration, and custom development. Andrew is one of the pioneers in Automated and OnDemand Conferencing and Audio-Web Integration services.

Carol Nation, Customer Service Manager

Carol has over 20 years of customer service experience that spans several industries as varied as mortgage banking, title insurance, and software support. Prior to joining MeetingOne, she managed the customer service/helpdesk and network operations monitoring teams for Mercury Companies, Inc. Carol joined MeetingOne in March 2009. In her current position, Carol manages the customer service and event facilitation team, whose goal is to provide timely and personalized support for MeetingOne’s audio and web conferencing products. Carol has a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Will Kim, Director of Integrated Audio and Connect Sales

Will Kim joined MeetingOne in March 2006.  Since joining the MeetingOne team, Will has managed over two million dollars in Web and Audio Conferencing business on an annual basis.  Will also works with large government agencies such as Lockheed Martin, Joint Forces Command, and the County of San Diego.  In addition to bringing in key accounts for MeetingOne, Will assists in directing the sales team, and is a key liaison with the Adobe Sales Team.  Will was brought up in Cleveland, OH and earned a B.S. in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Jackie Specht, Education and eLearning Manager

Jackie has a vast amount of expertise and experience in the education sector.  As MeetingOne’s Education and eLearning Manager, she brings along 12 years of knowledge working for educational companies like Apple Inc., Software MacKiev (OS X Education Application Developer), Elluminate, and now MeetingOne.  Her strategic approach and deep understanding of the virtual collaboration space, eLearning techniques, and how to implement and integrate them with existing LMS systems enhances the institutional programs for which she works.  Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas (Austin) with a minor in Spanish.

Mark Stevenson, Government Sales Manager

Mark Stevenson joined MeetingOne in July of 2010 as the Government Sales Manager.  A Lehigh University graduate in business and economics, Mark has eight years of government sales experience with companies such as Oracle and Adobe Systems.  In his current position, Mark manages sales, contracts, GSA schedule, and customer relations for the MeetingOne government channel.
