Choice of access:

  • Dedicated Toll Free Number (no passcode required) - This is quite a unique offering from MeetingOne – Host and participants dial directly into one main 800 # conference room without having to enter a pass code afterwards to join the meeting. It removes one step to access it. Only the Host has to enter a PIN to open the room. Host pays flat rate. No long distance charges to the participants.
  • Public Toll Free Number – The Host and participants dial to one main 800# then a pass code to join the meeting. In addition the Host has to enter a PIN to enter the room. The conference Host pays a per minute rate for all connections. Participants incur no charges. .
  • US Toll Numbers – The Host and participants join the conference room by dialing to one of the US toll numbers available then the conference room number. The conference Host pays a lower flat rate per minute than with the toll free number while participants only incur a local call charge.
